What are our data retention policies?

We will store and process your PII in accordance with our stated Privacy Policy (this document) as long as you are a customer. Beyond that, we will store your PII in accordance with our internal Data Retention Policies, in a secure environment, for a typical period of 1 to 7 years. Please be advised: this is not a guarantee that we will archive your data for a minimum of 1 to 7 years unless you have actually subscribed to one of our data archival services, nor is it an assurance that we will not store your data for a longer period.
